Program Component Area Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 7509 (6), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 101. Nanotechnology Research and Development] the term program component area means “a major subject area established under section 2(c)(2) [15 USCS § 7501(c)(2)] under which is grouped related individual projects and activities carried out under the Program.”
