Prohibited Product Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 2402 (15), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 44. Antarctic Conservation] the term prohibited product means “any substance banned from introduction onto land or ice shelves or into water in Antarctica pursuant to Annex III to the Protocol.”
