Prohibited Wildlife Species Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 3371 (g), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 53. Control of Illegally Taken Fish and Wildlife] the term prohibited wildlife species means “any live species of lion, tiger, leopard, cheetah, jaguar, or cougar or any hybrid of such species.”
