Pursuant to 12 USCS § 3500.2 [Title 12. Banks and Banking; Chapter 27. Real Estate Settlement Procedures; Regulation X (24 CFR Part 3500)--Real Estate Settlement Procedures], the term Public Guidance Documents means “documents that HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) has published in the Federal Register, and that it may amend from time-to- time by publication in the Federal Register. These documents are also available from HUD at the address indicated in 24 CFR 3500.3.”
