Public-Relations Counsel Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 611 (g) [Title 22. Foreign Relations And Intercourse; Chapter 11. Foreign Agents And Propaganda; Registration Of Foreign Propagandists], the term public-relations counsel includes “any person who engages directly or indirectly in informing, advising or in any way representing a principal in any public relations matter pertaining to political or public interests, policies, or relations of such principal.”
