Pure Condensed Must Law and Legal Definition
According to 27 CFR 4.10 [Title 27 -- Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms; Chapter I -- Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, Department of the Treasury], pure condensed must refers to “the dehydrated juice or must of sound, ripe grapes, or other fruit or agricultural products, concentrated to not more than 80[degrees] (Balling), the composition thereof remaining unaltered except for removal of water.”
