According to 13 CFR 300.3 [Title 13 -- Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter III -- Economic Development Administration, Department of Commerce; Part 300 -- General Information], PWEDA means “the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, as amended (42 U.S.C. 3121 et seq.), including the comprehensive amendments made by the Economic Development Administration Reauthorization Act of 2004 (Pub. L. 108-373, 118 Stat. 1756).”
