Qualified Non-Native American Veteran Law and Legal Definition
According to 38 USCS § 3765 [Title 38. Veterans' Benefits; Part III. Readjustment and Related Benefits; Chapter 37. Housing And Small Business Loans; Subchapter V. Direct Housing Loans for Native American Veterans], qualified non-Native American veteran means “a veteran who--
(A) is the spouse of a Native American, but
(B) is not a Native American.”
