Qualified Property or Services Law and Legal Definition
The term ‘qualified property or services’ means any property or service that is offered for sale to customers in the ordinary course of the line of business of the employer in which the employee is performing services. Qualified property or services does not include a real property or personal property of a kind held for investment. [26 USCS § 132 (c)(4)].
