Qualifying Cogenerator Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 796 (18), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 12. Federal Regulation and Development of Power; Regulation of the Development of Water Power and Resources] the term “(C) "qualifying cogenerator" means the owner or operator of a qualifying cogeneration facility.”
