Qualifying Small Power Producer Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 796 (17), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 12. Federal Regulation and Development of Power; Regulation of the Development of Water Power and Resources] the term “(D) "qualifying small power producer" means the owner or operator of a qualifying small power production facility.”
