Quasi-Enclave Law and Legal Definition
Quasi-enclave means an isolated part of a country’s territory not lying wholly within the boundaries of another country. They are defined as territories that are, although not separated from the main body of their states, practically accessible only through the territory of another state. A quasi-enclave is out of reach by way of the country’s own territory because of topographical features such as impassable mountains.
