Quasi Guardian Law and Legal Definition
Quasi Guardian is a guardian who assumes that role without any authority. Such a person may be made to account as guardian. Quasi refers to things and actions which are not exactly or fully what they might appear, but have to be treated "as if" they were. Quasi Guardian is also termed as guardian by estoppel or guardian de son tort.
