Quasi-Posthumous Child Law and Legal Definition
In civil law, a quasi posthumous child is one who is born during the life of his/her grandfather or other male ascendant. A quasi posthumous child will not be an heir at the time the grandfather or other male ascendant made his testament. However, a quasi posthumous child becomes an heir after the death of his father during his life time.
