Quickie Strike Law and Legal Definition
Strikes that are not authorized by a union, or strikes that are against the collective bargaining agreement are known as quickie strike. It is also known as wildcat strike or outlaw strike. Such strikes are not legal.
Unannounced walkouts or quickie strikes as concerted activities are not protected by 29 USCS § 163.
