S-2 Visa Law and Legal Definition
S-2 visas are visas that are issued to aliens supplying key terrorist related information. These visas are available to informants who are:
a. Willing to supply information to law enforcement authorities on terrorist organizations;
b. Placed in danger by providing the terrorist related information; and
c. Deemed eligible for the visa by both the Secretary of State and the Attorney General.
