Safety Convention Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 153 (38), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; General Provisions] the term safety convention means “the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea in force and the regulations referred to therein.”
