Sale with all faults means sale as is. In a sale, seller must not conceal any defect in the goods. The buyer must take the goods as it is when the seller gives the goods without practicing fraud to prevent the buyer from discovering defects. The seller must not misrepresent the goods. However, a seller is not liable to an action in respect of latent defects. The seller is liable on an express warranty against any particular defect. Sale with all faults is also termed sale as is.
