Schedule of Compliance Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 7661 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 85. Air Pollution Prevention and Control; Permits], the term "schedule of compliance" means a schedule of remedial measures, including an enforceable sequence of actions or operations, leading to compliance with an applicable implementation plan, emission standard, emission limitation, or emission prohibition.
