Scheduled Departure Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 50 CFR 14.102 [Title 50 -- Wildlife and Fisheries; Chapter I -- United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior], the term Scheduled departure time means “the time listed on a timetable of departures and arrivals or, in the absence of a timetable, the time of departure agreed to by a carrier and shipper.”
