School-Aged Population [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 7161 (8) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 70. Strengthening and Improvement of Elementary and Secondary Schools; 21st Century Schools; Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities; General Provisions], the term school-aged population means “the population aged five through 17, as determined by the Secretary on the basis of the most recent satisfactory data available from the Department of Commerce.”
