School Dropout [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 2302 (24) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 44. Career and Technical Education], the term school dropout means “an individual who is no longer attending any school and who has not received a secondary school diploma or its recognized equivalent.”
