School Personnel [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 7161 (10) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 70. Strengthening and Improvement of Elementary and Secondary Schools; 21st Century Schools; Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities; General Provisions], the term school personnel includes “teachers, principals, administrators, counselors, social workers, psychologists, nurses, librarians, and other support staff who are employed by a school or who perform services for the school on a contractual basis.”
