Secondary Easement Law and Legal Definition
A secondary easement is a legally enforceable restriction on land which is necessary for the full enjoyment of rights granted under the easement. A secondary easement is appurtenant to the primary or actual easement. Such easements are recognized in cases of railroads and highways.
