Secondary Relative of an Individual Law and Legal Definition
According to 13 CFR 107.50 [Title 13 Business Credit and Assistance; Chapter I Small Business Administration; Part 107 Small Business Investment Companies], Secondary Relative of an individual means:
"(1) A grandparent, grandchild, or any other ancestor or lineal descendent who is not a Close Relative;
(2) An uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, or first cousin; or
(3) A spouse of any person described in paragraph (1) or (2) of this definition."
