Section 330 Law and Legal Definition
Section 330 officially known as the Health Center Consolidation Act of 1996 provides mechanism to fund various community health facilities in the country.
The Act carries out various programs like:
1. establishing community health centers for medically undeserved areas or population;
2. establishing migrant health centers for migrant and seasonal agricultural workers;
3. establishing programs like health care for homeless individuals and families which provide primary and preventive care and substance abuse services; and
4. establishing public housing primary care programs for residents of public housing.
