Semi-Critical Reprocessed Single-Use Device Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 USCS § 321 (mm) (2), [Title 21. Food And Drugs; Chapter 9. Federal Food, Drug, And Cosmetic Act; Definitions] the term semi-critical reprocessed single-use device means “a reprocessed single-use device that is intended to contact intact mucous membranes and not penetrate normally sterile areas of the body.”
