Seneca Nation Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 25 USCS § 1774a (7) [Title 25. Indians; Chapter 19. Indian Land Claims Settlements; Seneca Nation (New York) Land Claims Settlement], the term Seneca Nation means “the Seneca Nation of Indians of the Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Oil Spring Reservations.”
