Separable Costs Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 460l-21 (b), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Outdoor Recreation Programs; Water Resources Projects] the term separable costs, as applied to any project purpose, means “the difference between the capital cost of the entire multiple-purpose project and the capital cost of the project with the purpose omitted.”
