Sex Related Aggression Law and Legal Definition
Sex related aggression refers to aggressive behavior that is aroused by the inputs that elicits sexual behavior. Persons who can evoke sexual desire can equally evoke aggression.
One of the principal grounds of justification for the indefinite commitment of persons adjudicated sexually dangerous after a conviction of one of the sex-related offenses is the protection of the public from repetition of sex-related aggression. [Commonwealth v. Travis, 372 Mass. 238, 247 (Mass. 1977)].
