Sexually Dangerous Person Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 18 USCS § 4247 [Title 18. Crimes and criminal procedure; Part III; Prisons and Prisoners; Chapter 313. Offenders with Mental Disease or Defect], the term "sexually dangerous person" as used in relation to offenders with mental disease or defects means a person who has engaged or attempted to engage in sexually violent conduct or child molestation and who is sexually dangerous to others.
