Shore Side Processor Law and Legal Definition
According to 50 CFR 679.2, a shore side processor is defined as "any person or vessel that receives, purchases, or arranges to purchase, unprocessed ground fish, except catcher/processors, mother ships, buying stations, restaurants, or persons receiving ground fish for personal consumption or bait."
