According to 10 CFR 709.2 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter III Department of Energy; Part 709 Counterintelligence Evaluation Program; Subpart A General Provisions], significant response means “an opinion that the analysis of the polygraph charts reveals consistent, significant, timely physiological responses to the relevant questions.”
