Site Parameters [Energy] Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 52.1 (a) [Title 10 – Energy; Chapter I -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission; Part 52 -- Licenses, Certifications, and Approvals for Nuclear Power Plants; General Provisions], the term site parameters means “the postulated physical, environmental and demographic features of an assumed site. Site parameters are specified in a standard design approval, standard design certification, or manufacturing license.”
