Slow Speed (Channel Included) Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 50 CFR 17.102 [Title 50 -- Wildlife and Fisheries, Chapter I -- United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of The Interior], the term “slow speed (channel included) means that the slow-speed designation applies both within and outside the designated channel.”
