Solar Energy Research, Development, and Demonstration Act Law and Legal Definition
Solar Energy Research, Development, and Demonstration Act of 1974 is an act to authorize a vigorous and viable program of research and resource assessment of solar energy as a major source of energy. The Act also provide for development and demonstration of practicable means to employ solar energy on a commercial scale. [42 USCS § 5551].
