Space Flight Participant Law and Legal Definition
According to 49 USCS § 70102 [Title 49. Transportation; Subtitle IX. Commercial Space Transportation; Chapter 701. Commercial Space Launch Activities], space flight participant means “an individual, who is not crew, carried within a launch vehicle or reentry vehicle.”
