Special Combat Pay Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1087vv (n), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources And Student Assistance; Student Assistance; Need Analysis] the term special combat pay means “pay received by a member of the Armed Forces because of exposure to a hazardous situation.”
