Special Session (Gaming Law) Law and Legal Definition
Special session is referred to a special license to conduct one bingo session during which the total prize amount shall not exceed $25,000 in cash or things of value. It is limited to six consecutive hours. Only two special licenses per year will be granted to an organization. An authorized officer must complete and sign the special bingo license form. This form must be submitted along with the required fee by check drawn from a charitable gaming account to the office for approval prior to the session.
