Special Skill Law and Legal Definition
Special skill according to 18 USCS Appx § 3B1.3 is defined as "a skill not possessed by members of the general public and usually requiring substantial education, training, or licensing." It further states that examples of individuals with special skills "include pilots, lawyers, doctors, accountants, chemists, and demolition experts." United States v. Bond, 581 F.3d 128, 134 (3d Cir. Pa. 2009)
