Specially Protected Species Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 2402 (19), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 44. Antarctic Conservation] the term Specially Protected Species means “any native species designated as a Specially Protected Species pursuant to Annex II to the Protocol.”
