Speedy Justice Law and Legal Definition
Speedy justice refers to the speediness along with prudence and wisdom observed in the final disposition of cases. Small claims courts have the sole objective of dispensing speedy justice between the parties. Further, dispensing speedy justice between the parties according to the rules of substantive law had been the general purpose of almost all statutes. For example, under the rules of the juvenile court, the court could dismiss a case either with or without prejudice if it found that the time limits of juvenile speedy justice were violated.
