Spurious Bank Note Law and Legal Definition
Spurious bank note refers to a bank note that is legitimately made from a genuine plate but consists of forged signatures of the issuing officers, or the names of the ficticous officers. Spurious bank note is also a bank note that does not have a legitimate impression from a genuine plate. It is made from a counterfeit plate.
