State Hospital Facilities Agency Law and Legal Definition
According to 10 CFR 455.2 [Title 10 Energy; Chapter II Department of Energy; Subchapter D Energy Conservation; Part 455 -- Grant Programs for Schools and Hospitals and Buildings Owned by Units of Local Government and Public Care Institutions; Subpart A General Provisions], the term State hospital facilities agency means “an existing agency which is broadly representative of the public hospitals and the nonprofit hospitals or, if no such agency exists, an agency designated by the Governor of such State which conforms to the requirements of this definition.”
