State Insurance Authority Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 6809 (8), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 94. Privacy; Disclosure Of Nonpublic Personal Information] the term State insurance authority means, “in the case of any person engaged in providing insurance, the State insurance authority of the State in which the person is domiciled.”
