State of Florida Law and Legal Definition
According to 25 USCS § 1750a [Title 25. Indians, Chapter 19. Indian Land Claims Settlements, Florida Indian (Miccosukee) Land Claims Settlement, Miccosukee Settlement] the term, "State of Florida" means--
"(A) all agencies or departments of the State of Florida, including the Florida Department of Transportation and the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvements Trust Fund; and
(B) the State of Florida as a governmental entity."
