State Regulated Gas Utility Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 3202 (3), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 59. Retail Policies for Natural Gas Utilities] the term State regulated gas utility means “any gas utility with respect to which a State regulatory authority has ratemaking authority.”
