Pursuant to 24 CFR 200.1205 [Title 24 Housing and Urban Development; Subtitle B Regulations Relating to Housing and Urban Development; Chapter II Office of Assistant Secretary for Housing Federal Housing Commissioner, Department of Housing and Urban Development; Subchapter A General; Part 200 Introduction to FHA Programs; Subpart V Income Information; Assistance Applicants and Participants], the term State Wage Information Collection Agency (SWICA) means “the SWICA receiving quarterly wage reports from employers in the State (which may be the agency administering the State's unemployment compensation program), or an alternative system which has been determined by the Secretary of Labor to be as effective and timely in providing employment related income and eligibility information.”
