Stranding Network Participant Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 1421h (4), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 31. Marine Mammal Protection; Marine Mammal Health and Stranding Response] the term stranding network participant means “a person who is authorized by an agreement under section 112(c) [16 USCS § 1382(c)] to take marine mammals as described in section 109(h)(1) [16 USCS § 1379(h)(1)] in response to a stranding.”
