Strike Fund Law and Legal Definition
Strike funds are payments made by a trade union to people on strike. It is a union fund that provides benefits to strikers. Such funds help in meeting the basic needs of the people on strike. They help in their subsistence while the members are on strike. It is also know as strike pay.

According to Fla. Stat. § 447.203, ‘Strike funds’ are any appropriations by an employee organization which are established to directly or indirectly aid any employee or employee organization to participate in a strike in the state.
